Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and very delicious. The location of the hotel is also great and very close to the main train (Hauptbahnhof) station.
Everything was great but it would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room when we first entered.

the breakfast was superb. the hotel has a little yard with plants which looks nice and is illuminated in the evening. staff was really friendly.
the area surrounding the hotel is fine during the day but gets a bit harsh during darkness because of the many shady gambling places rooms are a bit old
