Pros (+) View of the River Plate
Cons (-) Staff was unfriendly and seldom helpful; hotel is in desperate need of upkeep and maintenance. Food selection at restaurant is mediocre at best. No restaurant on weekends??? No air conditioner because they set to "cold climate conditions" on a set date regardless of what current weather conditions are outside. Hot and no air condition is hardluy expected from a hotel.
