The ONLY issue was we were not informed that we had to REQUEST clean towels. For the money the room just be cleaned and clean towels EVERY DAY!

Cons (-) We were made to feel like we were bothering the staff when asked for an extra towel and sheets for the sofa bed. A nice touch would have been to offer water to guests after a long trip. Every other Marriott property I have been to provides this extra level of service especially for platinum elite members.
