Pros: Really lovely little hotel with the most amazing staff. Panos was absolutely excellent, so friendly and helpful.

Pros: Amazing hotel and owner, so kind and welcoming! They even upgraded our room for free! Pizza we ordered was delicious and fresh. Overall a really lovely atmosphere.

Pros: Fantastic hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Location was great-approx 10mins walk to the centre although we rarely walked as we were offered lifts all the time. Room was spotless and perfect for a couple. Loved the pool area aswell! Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Cons: It’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre however the staff did offer to drop you off at no charge. Our room required a number of maintenance issues

Pros: All the staff were very friendly / helpful. They were there to ensure guests have a great holiday ! Much appreciated for their hospitality ! There were shops / restaurants near by, hence, it was very convenient to pop out for a simple meal or some fruits. The lighting in the pool area in the evening was very nice / calm. Very relaxing atmosphere to sit in. The lounge was spacious with a large TV screen, hence, was great to be able to enjoy watching a few tennis matches while I was there during the afternoon period. The bus services outside the hotel was very good / convenient to catch a bus to the near by beaches ( 20 - 30 mins journey ), to the town centre which is only less than 10 mins ride.

Cons: The location of the hotel was far from the Mykonos centre, on a busy main road with heavy traffic / under a flight path ! Hence, constantly traffic noise / flight taking off was horrendous throughout the day till late at night !

Pros: Super friendly - really go out of their way to be helpful. Great pool area

Cons: Room was fairly small and had a couple of things broken (sticky bathroom door, broken bedside table) but no big deal

Cons: Cost was very expensive for this type of hotel. Mykonos is in danger of losing travellers/tourists because of The extortionate costs prices. If it wasn’t for the airport/ferries connecting to all the other nicer islands I would probably not go ever again.

Pros: The location was good for us being between the airport and the main town and ferry port. Off quite a busy road but the room was very quiet. Exceptionally clean. Free transfers from the airport and to the port. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was OK.

Cons: Our only gripes were that the walk into the main town was not pleasant (busy traffic and dusty) and the room was very expensive compared to our other accommodation on other islands (but that might be just Mykonos).

Pros: Best place to stay! I had the best experience in this hotel. The location is amazing, the location is perfect, just minutes from the airport and offers a shuttle. The staff are extraordinary, I don't have enough words to thank them for all the help and support they gave us. I was so grateful to be there. Thank you so much for everything! We will never forget you and hope to be back soon. A big hug from Brazil!

Cons: Although the hotel is in walking distance of the town and a beach or two, the road has a lot of traffic and no sidewalk - can be a bit nerve wracking if on foot. Fortunately all the taxis know where the hotel is.

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, the whole place was peaceful and quiet as we like and had great atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic, there was so many choices of almost everything we wanted like fresh bread, eggs, cereals, nuts, juices, fruits, vegetables. I love the swimming pool and sunloungers around. Just perfect!

Pros: Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and helps with everything you need for your stay in Mykonos, from tour reservations to shuttles to the port. My room was clean, modern and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and a sea view. I will definitely be back!

Pros: Super nice owners, big and clean room with balcony, free transfer to/from port and/or airport by the owners. Homemade jams for breakfast. Good connections to town and all beaches by bus. We could not have wished for a nicer place to stay.

Cons: Hotel is just a 10-15 min walk from the center but the road looks quite dangerous especially at night as there is no footpath. However, there are buses running from Fabrica station until 4 am in the night which stop just around the corner.

Pros: The staff and the owners of the property are beyond amazing. They were so welcoming and lovely. They welcomed us as if they welcomed part of their family. Dimitra was wonderful. Very helpful and very kind. Also her parents were amazing. The location of the property is very convenient, close by Mykonos downtown yet very calm and chill. We are definitely returning back. Hopefully next year.

Pros: Treated like a family member. Breakfast in the morning is great, the mother will not let you go until you have plenty of food! Very helpful for information about the island and friendly. Rooms are large with a/c, tv, bathroom, etc. Location is in between the town and the southern beaches, so it was an easy 10 minute walk to town or 20 minutes to the beach.....or you could always rent the atv which is right down the road! My gf and I loved staying here!

Pros: Dimitra and her family create an experience where we felt part of a warm, welcoming Greek family. She's a treasure trove for recommendations and arranging reservations (from car hire to restaurant reservations, from recommendations on places to visit to indications on the best times and means to get there). And above all, throughout our stay we felt at home, not as tourists but almost like friends of a most welcoming and caring traditional Greek family. The rooms are very clean and there's usually something home-cooked by the host for breakfast. The location is very convenient - while not in the heart of the city center, it is at the crossroad where all transport inside Mykonos town passes (Vrissi market) - so while the city center is within close walking distance, you also have convenient connection by public bus, and also you can go to all other locations on the island.

Pros: It was the end of the season and i got upgrated to a room with a fanstastic outdoor jacuzzi that was perfect. The weather wasn't so good as we exptected so we ended up having dinner at the hotel and exceeded our expectations. Eggs of the breakfast were so delicious. I met Stella the Owner she was very cute and polite. I definetely come back again. Thank you ostraco!

Pros: All the staff we encountered were very warm, friendly and helpful. The suites are a 10-15 min walk into mykonos town and the nearby beach. The pool area and restuarant were very nice too. We had the suite with the heated pool which was excellent for a dip in the evening.

Pros: This was the best spot in Mykonos town! The staff is out of the world nice and accommodating. Rita was phenomenal and we loved how she made our trip extra special. Peter was also very hospitable, the whole staff was truly amazing! Our room was amazing and had a beautiful view. We were about 10 mins (walking) to town! The food at Ostraco was better than most of the restaurants we tried too! We loved this hidden gem. One of the highlights was the HEATED outdoor tub which is hard to come by. I would LOVE to revisit Ostraco in the future.

Pros: Very friendly and personable staff who went above and beyond to make the stay special. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and of a big variety. The pool and surroundings was beautiful. The place and chic and boutiquey feel to it. Highly recommend.

Cons: Only small but we found the communal pool area and bar lacked atmosphere in the evening. Would be more inviting if it was lit up/ music playing.

Pros: Anne and her daughter Nefeli, owners of the hotel, couldn’t be nicer and helpful. They received is with great smile and the warmest reception. They gave us accurate instructions of the island’s hotspots, beaches, where to go, stay, eat and have the best experience, and where not to. The structure of the hotel is really amazing, with private and common swimming pools and gardens all over the place. The decoration is modern and with great taste. The breakfast was specially delicious, served in a spectacular room alongside the swimming pool or at our room. We highly recommend the hotel and definitely will stay there again when we come back to Mykonos.

Pros: When we arrived the staff upgraded our room to the bridle suite which has its own hot tub. Fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. The service we received from the front desk staff was absolutely outstanding. We would love to come back to Mykonos and stay here again

Pros: The room was beautifull, the bed perfect and a Nice bathroom. All very clean and was cleaned everyday. The pool with sunset on the balcony also really nice!! And the best breakfast ever on our own terrace. Moreover, the ladies from the reception helped us along the way with all kind of tips for the Island.

Cons: Unfortunately the hut tub was to cold so we were not able to use it, also after a long wait when switching it on. And one afternoon/evening the bar staff switched on his own type of music a little to loud.. so we could also enjoy his dark rap. However after calling to the reception he managed to put the volume down and switch genre.

Pros: Super comfortable bed, lovely clean hotel with fresh towels, very good breakfast, in room tea and coffee facilities with a free large bottle of mineral water every day, friendly welcoming staff, spectacular roof terrace with pool, jacuzzi and breathtaking sunset view.

Cons: Suggestion: replace the complimentary shower gel/soap/shampoo bottles with locally sourced products such as Greek olive oil based samples which many 4/5* hotels now seem to be offering (nicer than coming all that way on holiday only to discover London toiletries). In room coffee was sachets of Nescafé original instant which was fine as a one-off but could be better.

Pros: We booked a vacation package through groupon and when we arrived to our Mykonos Hotel, found that the hotel they sent us to was not up to parr. We were able to quickly find a new spot and we ended up here. Boy were we so glad we made the switch. Everyone here is so helpful, it’s a short walk from town center, and the hotel is simply just beautiful. Amazing views from the rooftop. Beds are comfortable, cleaned daily, and we loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. 5 stars heanda down!!

Cons: The room was incredibly small, shower was extremely small, which made it hard to move in . Way way over price $ $650/night . The Tv in the room is 20 inch , the furniture is old . The pictures of the room looks much better the the actual room. We were 3 person and I had booked a room for 3 but the room that I got was not big enough even for 2 and we felt we were stuck.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon in September 2019. The hotel itself is really quite beautiful with a lovely atmospheric bar and restaurant area overlooking the pool. We ate in the restaurant several times and were not disappointed, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were good and very attentive. Our flight was at 9pm and the hotel kindly let us use the room right up until when we needed to leave for the airport at no extra charge which was really appreciated. They also gave us lunch in the restaurant free of charge due to our issue with the first room. Overall the stay in Mykonos started out a little bumpy but was actually wonderful. I would stay in this hotel again but would request a room nearer reception.

Cons: When we checked in, our room was very dark and quite disappointing - it felt like a dingy little box. I felt it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests and we were quite isolated from the rest of the hotel. On our first morning, we woke up absolutely freezing and with no running water. The handyman came to have a look and told me we would need to put the hot water on each morning by flipping a switch... The water then proceeded to go off again completely. I made a complaint to the disinterested man on reception and requested to speak to the manager. The receptionist told me he was ‘outside somewhere’ at which point I asked him to go and fetch him! The manager came in and told me ‘not to worry’. I thought this was a bizarre response considering it was our honeymoon and all I was asking for was a room with running water! I told him I was extremely unhappy at which point we were moved to a different room. This room was nearer to reception and was a lot nicer (and clean). It was possibly the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. It also had a welcome booklet with useful information (unlike our first room which had nothing).

Pros: The property was really clean and the rooms were spotless. The pool area was especially nice and I enjoyed relaxing there during the day.

Cons: The property is a 15 min walk into town on dangerous roads that do not have foot paths. Taxis are expensive on the island and renting a car was not an option for me. The prices at the pool side bar were also high. Would you not sell more and make more money by reducing the prices of some items?

Pros: It was perfect ! We stayed in an apartment with 5 friends. The apartment is good and beautiful with terrace, an ideal place to relax. On The team of the hotel is very very nice and kind, the photos of the establishment correspond exactly to what you will find. If I go back to Mykonos one day, I would definitely stay at this hostel. Pros: We were picked up from the airport and taken to the property. There was a lovely courtyard with pomegranates, red flowers and basil plants. The room was very comfortable and clean and the bed was made and towels changed everyday. There was a hairdryer, soap and shower gel, fridge, kettle in the room and a little terrace of our own with table and chairs to have breakfast in the morning. Plenty of storage in the room and places to hang clothes. There is a small supermarket just round the corner. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us a little bottle of olive oil upon leaving. Amazing value for money. Thank you!

Cons: It’s a bit far from Mykonos town walking along a busy road about 20 mins but we hired a scooter on the first day so it wasn’t a problem at all. I would recommend hiring a scooter to get around and see this amazing island otherwise you waste time with buses etc and can’t see all the amazing beaches.

Cons: The only slight negative might be the steep walk up from town, however Mykonos is hilly so expected that. The wall however is certainly not for someone with mobility issues.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. They ordered food in for us when it rained, offered us the choice of two rooms upon arrival, and were great in terms of giving us directions to local amenities. They went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Not to mention that the whole place was beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice!

Cons: It would’ve been good to have the option of breakfast at the hotel, but each room had a kitchen so we could make our own anyway.

Pros: The location was near a few local restaurants (an amazing bakery, el burro for coffee, and masa hapsa for great greek food on a budget) but not in a cute area. Mykonos town was walkable, especially downhill. The pool area was nice and modern with lots of seating. Rooms were basic but clean and as described.

Cons: The trek back up became tedious more than once a day but that isn't to hotels fault! Without sun, the shower water was really quite cold. Perhaps a backup heating option from the solar panels because a cold vacation shower is no fun.

Pros: I have stayed at the Sofia Village 3 times an it has never disappointed me! Location is great! A few minutes walk to Mykonos Town. You can easily park your car at the premises without extra costs.

Pros: I was there in the end of September, price was perfect for that period,it is near city, location is perfect (for me) you can walk down in the city just in 5 minutes, little hard to come back :)) it's like climbing on a little mountain :))))) but good exercise after eating Gyros :)) so the room was super clean' our room was at the end of this "village hotel" and actually we loved it more. Great view from room, private little terrace (little table 2chairs) in room double bed and little kitchen. Everything 2 person will need. So very very satisfied.

Cons: Just one issue, there a little noise i guess when someone used water in their room something like generator is turning on and it was noisy.

Pros: The location is great. The staff is amazing. The facilities are fantastic and the pool is incredible. The hotel staff goes all the way to make your stay very comfortable!

Pros: We have stayed previously at the Geranium, but this stay under the new management was perfect. The new staff here cannot do enough for you - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are stylishly decorated with comfortable beds and fully air-conditioned. There is plenty of outdoor space, terraces and lush gardens and a fantastic good-sized swimming pool, with very efficient and friendly staff at the poolside bar. We also immensely enjoyed our freshly made-to-order breakfast each morning eaten by the pool, and breakfast times were more flexible than anywhere I have ever stayed before. Overall a fantastic hotel, set in a great location with outstanding views and with staff who couldn't do any more to make it a perfect and memorable stay. We will be back again soon!
