Pros (+) Beach front. Room. Bathroom very nice.
Cons (-) Elevator is scary. My getaroom reservation did not post until several hours later causing complications. I will never use getaroom.com ever again

Pros (+) The Location is great and they play hip hop music in the lobby and the front of the hotel during the weekends.
Cons (-) They over crowd the hotel by overbooking. The hotel makes you pay a towel fee of $17. The rooms are basic.

Pros (+) We picked The Colony because of the location, and what we really loved about it was the staff. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. We really only went there to sleep and shower.
Cons (-) The downstairs area where they have restrooms is kind of cluttered. It looks like it was once a nightclub. The bathroom was clean. It was just a little messy walking thru it.

Pros (+) Right in the middle of all the South Beach action....Great location and great price....rooms were trendy...walked across the street in the AM and saw an amazing sunrise
Cons (-) It is noisy and the lobby bar is jumping so if that is not your scene, then be warned...if it is your scene, you will love it....
