Pros (+) The Iftar was very good. The room was very clean.
Cons (-) The shuttle bus service from Haram was very frustrating, I spent an hour after the Fajr prayer searching for the bus in order to return back to the hotel and eventually catch my flight. Increasing the number of buses might help.
