Pros (+) the location was the best location in Madrid. the staff was very friendly and helpfull. the breakfast was very good and not expensive.the hotel was very nice and clean .free internet
Cons (-) there was not a normal bathroom. the shower was clear in the middle of the room ,so you could see everything inside the shower from the room.no kettle in the room.
