Pros (+) It was located in the middle of everything. 5-10 min walking distance from all the train stations and major sights. Food around was great, and the staff was superb

Pros (+) Steps from mercado San Miguel, plaza mayor, night life, Puerta del Sol, museums, the location could not have been better! The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast had a great variety, and for the cost could not be beat! The shower was awesome, remodeled! We will be returning there at the end of our trip because we enjoyed the hotel and location so much!

Cons (-) they advertise that they have parking and they do not. Staff was friendly but did not go above and beyond compared to other hotels during this trip.

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean we had a huge balcony with a great view. The location is amazing it is located in the center of Madrid . There is a delicious market located directly across from the hotel . The staff was extremely helpful . If I come back to Madrid I would definitely stay here again !!!
