It is always a great stay at Novotel. Splendid location, facilities, near the Metro and great stores, restaurants. Excellent value for the money. Always stay there when I am in Madrid. Highly recommended.

Pros (+) People at the front desk made the difference upon checking. Incredibly dedicated to make the client comfortable and well pampered. Excellent location.

Pros (+) Individual members of staff were lovelies. The pool boy, bar staff and the night reception staff. It close to the shops and has good access to pretty much everywhere. On the surface it is very beautiful.

Arrived with a child and 4 pieces of luggage not one person greeted or helped us down the steps into the foyer although there were at least 6 bell boys standing there.
