Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, with many noting spotless rooms and comfortable accommodations. The value for price is also highlighted positively, with several guests feeling the hotel offers good quality for the cost. Service receives mixed feedback: while some mention friendly and attentive staff, others report issues with reception and cleaning staff attitudes. The location is convenient for events at Palacio Vistalegre, but may be less ideal for sightseeing in central Madrid. Overall, the positives center on cleanliness, comfort, and value.
