Pros (+) When going into the lobby I was expecting a not so great room the room was great no odd smells ,was in great shape and clean the bed was very comfortable they had a parking spot just right for the big moving truck we were driving
Cons (-) The lobby was a bit dark and no walkway to get out to the nearby restaurants as we were driving a moving truck to big to get around
Pros (+) We enjoyed or stay here. The nighttime staff was super friendly. The room was big and bed was very comfortable. Nice and clean. Small breakfast also provided. This was right off the interstate and seemed to be in a safe location.

Cons (-) The advertised Gyn or workout room was one of the reasons we selected the Ramada Inn. We wanted a gym and pool since we were going to be there for 3 days. All the front desk staff I spoke to said, don't complain to me, Not my JOB???? 1) Needed a special key to enter the gym and must be returned? 2) ALL THE EQUIPMENT WAS BROKEN 3) I complained, ALL the Staff claimed no knowledge of the condition of...

Pros (+) Even though we had a non smoking room, the towels and sheets still smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was small. Sheets had stains. The staff was very friendly but just couldn't get over the motel itself.
Pros (+) Smelled like chain smokers had stayed in our "nonsmokers" room. Gross.
Pros (+) We were able to get all of our rooms in a row. The rooms were clean. We were able to have breakfast there for 20 people. The dining room was very clean.
Cons (-) We were not able to get non-smoking rooms. It seems that Macon has a lot of Pakistan immigrants. A lot of them live at this hotel. They were very friendly And helpful
