Larry was amazing. Valet was great pretty terrible. Room was dirty. Dirty sheets. Used dental floss on the floor of the bathroom. Poor water pressure.

Pros (+) Comfortable. I like how you can choose your own room on the app!
Cons (-) Not sure if this is something you could do better, but I could hear dogs barking from our room. Thankfully did not hear it all night long!
Pros (+) The bed.
Cons (-) The room beds talc. The ceiling pant was flaking, the tv ( right side was malfunctioning, and ice machine in hallway a few doors down could be heard in our room. The e tire floor sounded as if we were in the engine room/ boiler room.

Pros (+) The staff is great. The historic nature of the hotel is impressive. Location is central and steps from restaurants and entertainment. Bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The room and bathroom were small. Furniture was basic hotel-grade as were the linens and towels. Shower curtain was flimsy and frayed. The room was pretty, but there was nothing luxury or high-end about it. It was a very standard grade hotel room for the price.
