The staff is fantastic as well as the location. The breakfast was very good and served until 10 every morning. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic staff, great room, and ideal location near shops, restaurants, a theater and Victoria Station. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros (+) Hotel very central for walking to see places of interest, Pimlico felt a safe area, with nice shops and restaurants, we would stay here again. Sadly there are some rough sleepers about, they did not bother us in any way.

Pros (+) they were very nice. gave us a room upgrade and breakfast. vey good value and the room was in good condition. much better than all other hotels I have stayed in in London except the dorchester which is correspondingly expensive!
