Pros (+) Rooms were great, beds comfortable. Nice breakfast breakfast. Location is perfect in between two tube tube stops, both a short walk away. Staff is very friendly. Executive club is nice too.
Pros (+) Room has AC was comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Our keys didn't work and staff was quick to resolve that problem.
Cons (-) The staff was nice but not very helpful or sympathetic to our needs. My friend was ill and we were assigned a queen bed which was not my initial reservation. The only way for us to have separate beds was to pay 185£ to upgrade. I found that to be absurd. The woman behind the counter said we did book a queen and that double room means queen.
