Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Service was also a major concern, with several guests unable to check in due to absent staff, long waits at reception, and lack of communication. Noise was another common complaint, with thin walls and loud corridors disturbing sleep. The location received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating its proximity to public transport and shops, while others found it inconvenient or difficult to access. Overall, the reviews highlight significant problems with cleanliness, service, and noise, overshadowing any positive aspects.
