Pros (+) Valerie and her staff were amazing and their attention to detail was particularly acute. From full explanation at check-in to accommodating our requests to extended late check outs. Their restaurant suggestions were perfect and times to get to and from attractions was a great help! Location was great too! Close to great restaurants and shopping. A little far too walk to some of the attractions but...
