The location is amazing. The hotel itself is not the greatest, it is pretty old and dated however, it was clean and the staff we’re helpful. I would definitely recommend it if you like the casino there which I do, and also because I would rather be in old town Vegas than on the strip.

The first room I was put in had the AC cut off the first night due to a fuse blowing out. The second room I was put in was much nicer, but the walls were thin and the hotel room next to me left a TV blaring that I could fully hear from my bed.

Pros (+) The housekeeping staff did a good job restocking the room each day.
Cons (-) I booked online, and was offered an upgrade to a "Cabana Suite" for a holiday weekend. Mia culpa, I did not do extensive research since I know that a cabana is usually poolside and a suite is usually a large hotel room with a sitting area as well as a sleeping area.
