Didn't like how they took payment then said it ws just a deposit. Took it again and did a refund. Why?

Staff were very nice, welcoming and assistive. The hotel's location is great, the old city is just across the street, almost all important site are few minutes walk. There's a trasportation station (we used once) right out side the hotel.

Unfotunately we got a room that was not cleaned properly. We called Room service, and they sent cleaning to our room, and we were immediately compensated.

Failed to replenish the soap for handwashing but there was a clean bar of soap- no big deal.

The location was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfasts were very good with a wide choice available every day.
