Cons (-) The room was nice, not fancy, but clean and a good size. 4 elevators that are on separate circuits. Each stop on almost every floor on descent. Breakfast was very good. Excellent selections. Pros (+) The facilities, location, reception staff and restaurants are excellent!! The location and view are amazing for the small cost!! A great value with great and knowledgeable people that truly want and try to help make your stay amazing!! I find that all is very clean and comfortable!! I find this hotel a wonderful place to stay!!! I will return here whenever I return to Kiev or the area!!!
Cons (-) I cannot name anything that I did not like!! The lifts are a little slow and the WiFi is not perfect...but not bad either!! A very nice hotel with a rich history and a wonderful, amazingly knowledgeable reception staff that can answer or provide you with anything that you ask!! I truly enjoy this hotel!!
