Pros (+) Close to shopping and restaurants
Cons (-) Rooms small and beds not comfortable, bathroom had no fan and shower didn't spray well. Breakfast is not included which we thought was compliementary which many hotels include now. I requested additional shampoos and conditioners and was left 1 extra one only the first day and wasn't continued each additional day of our stay.
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and it was in a good location. The lobby/first floor was decorated like most Hilton Garden Inns that I've stayed at.
Cons (-) The hotel rooms need to be updated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were told we'd have an adjustable firmness bed, but we did not.
