Pros (+) The best place to stay while in kelowna. A bit pricey but if you can afford it stay here.
Cons (-) I couldn’t get the heating in my room to work properly. Either too cold or too hot. Frustrating.
Pros (+) The location is hard to bear, walking distance to restaurants and shops and if you get a water view room great vistas.
Cons (-) This is a hotel that appears to be used for conferences and due to its proximity for those attending events. As a consequence it can be very loud. We experienced people running up and down the hallways at all hours. As well, people hollering out in the parking area of the hotel. This is obviously a difficult situation for the hotel to rectify but certainly negatively impacted our stay. We are big ...

Pros (+) We were checking in for a weekend, anniversary getaway and we received an upgrade to a Club Suite, 9th floor with a lake view, no extra charge. That also gave us access to the Club Lounge and its luxurious amenities. In the lounge we met a very friendly and helpful member of the hotel staff named Tomoko. Cons (-) There was nothing that I wasn't 100% satisfied with except for the channel selection on tv but that wasn't even a big deal because I wasn't there to watch tv, I was there to relax and enjoy my anniversary.

Pros (+) Cedric was a beauty, we were in town for a funeral and he hooked us up with a jacuzzi and sent us champagne. Great views of the lake from our room.
