Pros: The friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. They hotel was very nice and very clean. I cannot believe how great and helpful the staff were. If you are traveling to Fort Walton Beach, this is the perfect place to stay.
Cons: I did not have a single complaint about this hotel.

Cons: On-site restaurant was good, but menu and pricing was unclear and incomplete (probably related to COVID adjustments).

Pros: Condo was beautiful, spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, and very comfortable. 1 heated pool, 1 pool big enough probably to fit the entire complex at the same time. View was amazing and the water almost Caribbean looking. Plenty to do in Fort Walton, and Destin which was only 10 minutes away. The best part of Fort Walton is how clean and peaceful it is. Destin is also beautiful but a lot more touristy. We will definitely be returning but in the summer this time. Weather temperatures were great but water not so much.
Cons: Wish the big pool was heated as well, it went pretty much unused the whole week because of how cold the water was. The ocean was also too cold for comfort, unfortunately. Our room was great but could definitely use some new shower heads.

Pros: beautiful courtyard, pool, full kitchen, and plenty of drawer space, very helpful staff, and room nicely furnished, but rooms bay view of boats in the marina, the bay and the courtyard with the hot tub was glorious!!
Cons: light bulb out, bathroom so small had to dismantle the toilet paper roll to sit comfortably, woken by cleaning in middle of stay to clean although had a do not disturb sign on door, and 2 out of 4 days they did not replace the coffee for the coffee machine. AND although I had bad knees there was no elevator only lots of sets

Cons: I had to cancel this stay due to a $200 deposit that was not shared during the booking process. I’m have never been required to put a deposit such as this down just to book a $55.00 one night stay. This is something I think that should be looked into as I believe it’s unfair and false advertising on the hotels part.
