Pros: The beds were OK.
Cons: The room smelled really bad. There is no water view from the room UNLESS you walk outside. There wasnt any bar handles anywhere. There was blood on our sheets. No iron nor iron board . There was no "pool". The hotel was under construction. This place was definitely not worth $150.68 for two nights. I was better off in a motel 6.

Pros: The only bright spot for the Seabreeze inn is the location. It is very close to the beach, shopping and entertainment.
Cons: The air conditioner was loud, the television was circa 1980, there was no phone, the WiFi was week, the bed was hard, the sheets stained. On top of that, the TV remote didn't work and most of the channels had no volume.

Cons: It was very dirty, our feet were black after walking on the carpet. Most of the lights were burned out. The room needed several updates. The door was hard to open, shut and lock. The room had a horrible smell. It was overpriced! Do not stay here!

Cons: This is hotel is filthy! The sheets on the beds looked previously used, there was mildew on one of the pillows, the carpet was coming up from off the floor, the bathroom sink was gross, the bathtub was not clean and had a used rag in it, and there were two used cans of bug defogger just sitting on the floor.

Pros: The staff was very polite & clearly is renovating the inn.
Cons: Until renovations are complete this inn should consider closing. Paint was chipping and fixtures were coming detached from the walls, just to name a few structural damages. While the bed sheets seemed clean I slept in my clothes as the bathroom had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned for quite a while.

Cons: Got hit up tip buy drugs and stay in a free room right when I opened my car door. Same guys tried to pick my wife up at the coke machine outside. Then tried to beg money off of me the next morning when I walked outside of my room. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location it was only a 10 minute straight shot to the main public beach a public waterfront park with playground is across the,street. Red lobster is across the street as well. There are tons of restaraunts near by. The staff was very friendly and informative about the area
Cons: The room appeared very clean upon arrrival and it smelled awesome however we did see 1 roach on our last nights stay. A very large and loud family arrived on our second night the guest hung out in the parking lot and played loud,music this went on for hours before the staff asked them to tone it down. The swimming pool area had a ton of small biting insects which made lounging by the pool not feasible

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable which was a disappointment. Not the same as the ones we had in the previous stay. Never given more than two very small bath towels which we had to ask for daily. Not enough hangers and a pathetic excuse for a closet between two walls. If the beds had been softer and better we would have overlooked everything else.

Cons: The room wasn't very clean.. The floors felt dirty and it was obvious the side tables hadn't been wiped down as they were sticky and had drink rings on them. The comforter looked stained and dirty so we did not use, and they did not have any extra blankets. Luckily we had brought our own. We didn't end up needing it because the room was super hot. The shower curtain smelled of urine when showering.. And the blow dryer was sticky and dirty. Luckily we had brought our own. There was also hair all in the "clean" rags and towels. This would have been a great stay if hotel staff would simply take the time to clean and wash properly. A few extra steps could go a long way in this case. Overall, it was okay. Me and my fiance made the best of it as we were only staying one night. Wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. It was the best price in the area for what it was, though. Definitely better than the Days Inn.. Would never stay there. Probably won't be back to Fairway Inn. By

Pros: This was the WORSE hotel I've EVER stayed at. I checked out a day early bc it was so bad. There was mold in the shower. Out shower broke twice and when we called the front desk to have them come fix it they were so rude about it. The room was dirty. The microwave and mini frig looked like neither of them have been cleaned in months. Please DO NOT waste your time or money to stay there!

Pros: The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was great. The staff was nice. The wood floors were really nice. It's a good place to stay for a few nights and it's about two or three miles to the Destin Boardwalk and beach.
Cons: The outside of the hotel sourroundings looked a bit sketchy. The room smelt a little stuffy, so bring some air freshener. Be sure to request that the Air conditioner is turned on before arrival.its Florida & it's hot!

Cons: This place was dirty old and out dated. The headboard fell apart on the bed we were sleeping in. Cigarette burns everywhere.
