Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. They also have a self-serve espresso machine and water in the breakfast area for anytime use. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious for Europe standards.
Cons (-) Everything was great!

Pros (+) Nice boutique hotel. It's the perfect location if you want to shop at the design shops (Gucci, Prada, etc.). Otherwise, it's about a 5-15 minute walk to all the main tourist sites. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is free WiFi and a nice breakfast from 7:30 - 10:30 am.
Cons (-) No real complaints, but there's not much of a hotel bar. Pros (+) Everything was as it should be for a four star hotel. Attention was paid to every detail in maintaining the facilities and to our needs or requests. We will return again for another week.
Cons (-) Of the 10-12 staff we interacted all but two were very pleasant and efficient with two exceptions that worked at the front desk. But given management’s quality efficiency I suspect it will be corrected. Other than this one issue he hotel was exceptional.
