Cons (-) The hotel and kayak booking experience was I'm my mind fraudulent. On booking, I noticed they booked the wrong month from my request. Many phone calls to both booking agent and hotel within hours of the booking and no one was willing to do anything to fix the error. But the certainly kept my money. Horrible experience.
