Pros (+) First of all, if you are paying to stay the night, I’d recommend staying in the main hotel for the “true experience”!! Yes, it’s expensive, but for many it is a once in a lifetime experience so it’s worth the money. The Hotel is old and in need of repair but It is a beautiful Hotel and the experience is well worth it!
Cons (-) Our room was kind of dirty upon arrival. Nothing that took away from the experience. The Hotel is old but Beautiful.. In my opinion, I think like the ownership/Management really need to invest into an experienced on site maintenance staff, necessary equipment, and a necessary maintenance budget that would allow for daily upkeep & repairs to the property. I’ve been a property Maintenance Supervisor...

Pros (+) Nice location, historical vibe was cool. Good food and bar.
Cons (-) Overpriced for what it is, and a lightbulb literally caught fire and then exploded right on top of where we were sitting in the lobby. Considering the place is made entirely of wood it was kind of terrifying. Next time I care to go by I'll just stop in at the bar/restaurant.

Cons (-) Hallway was dirty and never vacuumed. Littered with dirty dishes. Room was not vacuumed. Location of room was horrible. Could hear everything in the next room and from the room above us.

Pros (+) Came here on my birthday with my friend and dog. It was such an amazing stay and the staff was really friendly. My dog really liked the treats in the rooms and the dog bed, water and food bowls where a nice touch. Can't wait to visit again.
Cons (-) I didn't know the ghost tour was where you had to buy a ticket in advance, but other than that everything was perfect.
