Pros (+) It was a clean room with a comfortable bed. It's not a high end resort, but this place wasn't dumpy at all. The staff was highly friendly- even when we arrived around midnight. Otherwise, I would highly recommend if you are looking for something cheap.
Cons (-) The thing I disliked the most was the shower water pressure was really really low. I have been noticing this as a common practice at hotels of all sorts, but it simply sucked here.

Pros (+) Older motel with clean rooms and pleasant staff. Great location that is walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Wifi wouldn't work in my room as my room was in the zone between the two antennas. I had to go outside to use it. They should add a 3rd antenna to cover the middle of the compound.
