Staff was very friendly and helpful. They treated you like you were the most important priority everytime you had any needs or questions.
Only dislike was that getting out of the hotel was a bit of a hassle do to the light rail but other then that everything was great
Could have been more helpful and polite in the bar/restaurant.
They saved us from cold. Little too uppity for my style.
I don’t believe they gave us the room rate we were told. We were feeezing and exhausted. The resteraunt staff or owner did nit want to serve us drinks after we spent $40 on dinner the day previous and tipped 20%. So we had to leave. She didnt know what was going on with us and I’m sure made an assumption but we were exhausted and she was rude. Apparently we weren’t dressed nice enough. Idk. My daughter is schizophrenic and this is the 3rd time this week that she has been treated poorly based on assumptions. We were made to feel unwelcome by the restaurant?
The staff was nice and fairly attentive. The location was good for my purposes.
Cleanliness and housekeeping were lacking. The room was very dark and the bed extremely uncomfortable.
Breakfast included, beer and wine happy hour, comfortable lounge areas, friendly staff, valet parking
our window faced a brick wall, but I believe some other rooms have mountain views
Nice place, needs tweeks
Location, breakfast, ambiance, room service menu and food
No shampoo in bathroom, phone line to room service not working - front desk had to take my order, loud guests in the hall from 9-10pm so I had to call and make a complaint - took nearly 20 minutes for a response, lamp in room did not work, no washcloths in bathroom
Convenient Lodo location
Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms for an older property. Very good amenities, Especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast with quality and variety.
Rooms would rise to luxury grade if bathrobes and slippers were included. Otherwise, the property reflects luxury standards.
Good location, friendly staff, good value
Room felt like it had not been used in a while. There was dust and room had that "sealed up" smell.
Great service from all ends-
Good Hotel Downtown
Staff was great. Stylish and modern. Decent bed and really nice room. Very clean and quiet.
We were overcharged in the bar/restaurant so look out for that.
Cookies & Milk
Evening treat of cookies & milk a great perk!
Breakfast was OK - but hey it was free!
Friendly staff. Clean Room.Really comfy beds. Luxurious feel in an old style hotel Location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. Free beverages and milk and cookies in a fun atmosphere. Valet is efficient. $30 to park overnight, but is the best deal for parking with unlimited ins and outs. Went here for our anniversary, great choice, romantic, and fun!
Ok for the discounted price.
clean, and comfortable beds.
No refrigerator, 2 towels for 2 people and only one towel rack, bathroom sink design was tough to use. Sparse decorations for a high end hotel.
Restored to reflect its original appearance, this landmark edifice built in 1910 includes original architectural masonry details and an exterior clock reminiscent of 17th Street’s past as the “wall street of the west.” Where historic details add interest to the chic design of our thoughtfully appointed rooms, pure hospitality awaits in the center of downtown at Magnolia Denver, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Comfortable and inviting, we’re close to everywhere you want to be, including Coors Field, Mile High Stadium, and the Pepsi Center, as well as many local attractions and other event venues. No visit would be complete without a stop in at Harry’s Bar, rated “one of the best places to chill” by the Denver Post.
