Karen, the hostess, and all her staff were brilliant. They were friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. The breakfasts were wonderful and so well presented. My room was warm and clean, and quiet at night. The location is just 15 minutes walk from Patrick Street, and a good bus service into and back, if needed. Overall, I was delighted.
There is nothing not to like!
Breakfast was lovely staff friendly and so helpful go extra mile to help with anything they can
This little B&B was a gem of a location for me! I was in UCC with work and it only took me 7 mins to walk to the Food Science building, so for closeness to the University I couldn't fault it. The staff are amazing, in particular Karen, who was so helpful and really welcoming. Karen also makes the very tasty breakfast!
Slight smell of dampness in the room but nothing that wouldn't make me return.
It’s location and facilities were beyond my expectations.
Shower facility and toiletries were more than I have ever visit .
