Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and unique historic charm, with many appreciating its colonial architecture and proximity to key sites. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and maintenance issues. While some found the staff courteous and helpful, others experienced indifferent service. Breakfast and dining experiences were mixed, with some enjoying the local offerings and others wishing for more variety. Overall, the hotel's atmosphere and location stood out as highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
