Pros (+) Quiet and comfortable...a top-notch conversion of an office building into a fine hotel. Room features were solid, room size was good, view was extraordinary, staff was efficient and friendly. We had to spend one short night downtown and only discovered this gem because of a Travelzoo coupon. We would recommend it and stay there again.

Pros (+) The location.the room. The bad .great bathroom. I came in very late because my flight was delayed . The next day They let me check out 2 hours later. Very recommended hotel .

Pros (+) This hotel is in the perfect location, central to everything and within walking distance of most attractions! The staff were all very friendly and the hotel decor is beyond beautiful. I loved the boutique style arto deco feel of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms! Added bonus of being able to play music from my phone through the t.v was great.

The staff was very accommodating and moved us to what was supposed to be a nicer room. The new room was a bit larger but still not very clean. Pros (+) We got a great deal for the night so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable. Love the memorabilia throughout. We'll stay here again.

Cons (-) No refrigerator in the room, waitied 30 minutes on my car causing the family to miss the show at the planetarium, still had to pay $65 that night.
Pros (+) The room was very comfortable. Loved the bed and pillows. Elevators were pretty fast. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons (-) The hotel claims to be pet friendly. Which they do allow pets, but they don't have an area for your pets to relieve themselves. The closest park is a couple blocks away. It wasn't very far bit my poor dog did his business on the sidewalk twice because it was too far to walk for him. There also wasn't a specific parking for the hotel.
