Pros (+) Great location, staff was pretty friendly. Nice having the Elephant & Castle attached for food and drinks, no problem bringing beverages from the bar back to the room.
Cons (-) The king bed we booked was very clearly 2 twin beds pushed together with a zippered-in gap filler that sort of worked. So it was wide but there was a dip in the middle and my feet were hanging off of the foot of the bed, I'm 5'9"... Some trash that wasn't ours under the bedside table when we arrived. As others have said the walls are very thin.

Upon asking for a humidifier around midnight, I was told that maintenance/the front desk would check in with me after they looked for one. Cons (-) $400 for a tiny bed and room with no fridge or microwave is a complete rip off. I will never be staying here again no matter how busy the city is or how expensive another place is.
