Pros (+) It was an alright hotel.
Cons (-) There needs to be quiet hours. I was traveling with my son for a soccer tournament and outside my room there was loud talking and laughing even at 2am for two of the three nights that we were there. It kept my son and I up and he needed his sleep for his tournament. Also, I understand that it is Covid but the only options for breakfast was either cereal or empanadas plus oranges or bananas. Pros (+) The hotel was great - clean, safe, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Perfect place for a quick stop while heading to Zion and Bryce Canyon the next day.
Cons (-) We were put in a room that was clearly not ready. There was no handle on the bathroom door and the curtains did not cover the window and you could see right into our room! I tried calling the front desk several times with no answer. In the morning when i told the front desk they just said"okay". There was no apology or compensation.
Pros (+) Didnt know that part of the hotel was under construction, inconvenient. They did comp a free room next stay but the time line is too short to be useful.
