Pros (+) The location is central to many spots in Catania and the rooms are adequate for the price. Internet was free but, not unlimited as a key had to be obtained every other day.
Cons (-) Staff does not speak English and did not go out of their way to make any accommodations, communication overall was poor and there were last minute shuffling of rooms which, was annoying. Staff seems to be unclear on some basic pricing policies set out in rules set by their 3rd party booking agencies.
