Pros (+) The location in between Carlsbad & Encenitas. Comfortable bed
Cons (-) For the price, it didn’t have any add-ons, like free parking or free continental breakfast at least. Their complimentary coffee were down too. Definitely overpriced. The beach isn’t really in front & not easily accessible ( road before the beach)

Pros (+) Location,location,location!! I have stayed many times at this Hilton and we love it from proximity to the beach and Carlsbad Village. Heated pool and outdoors movie night are great too! Super nice and friendly staff.

Cons (-) Access to the beach was not good. Even though it was right across the street from the beach and the cross walk was great, there were no stairs down to the beach. One has to walk a ways down and climb down some rocks or a steep slippery path to access the beach. Stairs would easily remedy this situation.
