Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, and many found the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. However, several reviews highlighted significant issues with the hotel's location, describing it as noisy, unsafe, or difficult to access, and noted that the surrounding area was dirty. Wi-Fi connectivity was a common complaint, with multiple guests reporting poor or non-functional internet. Despite these drawbacks, the overall service and cleanliness were viewed positively by most guests.
