Pros (+) Everything was horrible. I was given a room that was "ready". Well it wasn't. I went in and there were people "cleaning" the room. It had a horrible smell.

Pros (+) Very affordable, clean, and staff was friendly. They had a free cookout for memorial day weekend. Great location very little traffic but just a couple minutes from the main strip
Cons (-) My only complaint is the bed was very stiff.
