Cons: On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!

Pros: Hard to believe that this great hotel is so close to SEA airport. The grounds are amazing, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the food was amazing. Probably the best value hotel-wise that I have experienced outside of Asia. The little extras like the complementary snacks in the social areas, the house-cured smoked salmon and the friendliness of the staff makes this hotel one of the best for the price anywhere.

Pros: An amazing oasis nestled in trees, so quiet and peaceful, away from traffic noise and airport noise but yet only a few miles from SEATAC airport. We stayed here upon our return to the mainland from Hawaii, before our last leg home to Colorado, the following day. It was a beautiful end to our vacation. The bed and bedding were the most luxurious and comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel or anywhere. I described it to my husband as like laying down in a bowl of whipped cream! It just seemed to enfold us! This is an amazing hotel and worth every penny! A very nice breakfast is included, as well a a 24 hr snack station, which makes the price point even better. I spent hours reading reviews of hotels near SEATAC. Do not look any further....just book your stay!

Cons: Room was small and I found hairs in the bath tub. Also noisy, I could hear every time my neighbors came and went because their doors would slam. Not very pleasant if you want to get a good night's sleep. I was in room 1223 and there was a lot of slamming doors first thing in the morning.

Pros: Being by the airport I thought that it would be noisy w/lots of traffic. Nothing, quiet as they come, and very beautiful location! Our room was a King Reg room.. nothing special by any means.. until we opened the door. Very clean and welcoming. It makes people spend the little extra to step up that high on the totem pole of hotels. A+++

Cons: While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room was kept clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great too! Connected to Lincoln Square for business. Connected to Lucky Strike and the movies by sky bridge as well. Smack dab in the middle of the mall area. 2 blocks away from an LA fitness but also had its own fitness center if you didn't have an LA Fitness membership. Only down side was not being close (walking distance) to any grocery stores where you can buy bottles of water and other essentials. The hotel provided all that you needed if you asked for it, it was just much pricier. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much!

Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. Attempted to call the hotel after waiting 10 minutes in the shuttle area- there was no answer on the shuttle line. After calling the hotel directly they said shuttle would be there in less than 10 minutes. It took another 20 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Once on the shuttle it took 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Desk clerk did not offer an apology when I explained what happened. Incredibly frustrating! The bathroom smelled like a port-a-potty from time to time.

Cons: Front desk gave my pre-paid reservation to someone else with a similar name (fair mistake, but sloppy one) and it took a while to sort out losing us valuable sleep before an early flight. They then authorized my card for an additional $250+ and have not reversed it a week later. The staff was nice throughout, but clearly this place is horribly disorganized opetationally. Also, did not receive a single concession for all of the trouble. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

Cons: We were assessed a smoking fee charge. We have two children and have never smoked in our lives. The manager Dylan Griffin had a horrible attitude and did not resolve the issue. She needed to go find "evidence" and after two hours of waiting she found that no report was filed. Really poor poor management. Stay away.

Cons: Hotel boasts being dog-friendly with treats in the lobby and no pet fee which was wonderful. However, there is literally nowhere at all to take your dog to relieve themself. No grassy areas, no mulch or gravel areas, no "pet relief" areas. I was stuck trying to get my dog to walk along the narrow parking lot dividers in the dark around cars and shrubs to convince her it was ok to "go" there.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the restaurant had fabulous, local food. This was a pleasant surprise. It’s in a location that is a very short walk (1-4 blocks) to a handful of restaurants and other amenities. The room was very well done; I love the standing shower (opposed to tub combo), the ability to login to my own Netflix/Hulu/other accounts on the tv, a lot of the furniture had wheels so you could literally rearrange to best suit your needs. I had a quick overnight stay with my 2 year old, and the blackout curtains was a tremendous help! I wish I was able to stay for a few days to better enjoy the space, and bring my husband as well!!
Cons: Sundry shop was lacking, but it was close enough to amenities if need be.

Pros: Our trip was last minute so we chose this hotel because the price was great and the reviews were better; we were very impressed! Very clean, great food at the bar, staff was wonderful, amenities were ample. Overall, EXCELLENT value. I will stay again even if the price goes up substantially.
Cons: The location means you either have to use the valet (which was great and fast) or park on the street, my truck was too big to go on the street so valet was our only option, I like more options. Bellevue is great, but if you need to be in Seattle, it's just a little further than is real convenient.

Pros: Great staff, penthouse room was more than large enough for the family of 4 and a dog. Location was great for us.
Cons: Unfortunately, the large room lacked seating for 4. Living room sat 3 with one chair and a love seat. The dining area sat 2. There was no coffee table in the living room even though there was more than enough room. Beds were VERY hard, way firmer than any hotel I can remember. Poorly maintained, from the dirty decking and stairs with moss, to the carpet that turned white socks brown and hairballs in the corner of the bathroom. Ceiling light cans for flood lights had either regular bulbs or no bulb in one case. Not what I expect from a Marriott property.

Pros: This is my second stay here. I like it here since it is nearby at the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Very convenient especially on the weekends if you are simply wanting to sight see and/or access downtown bellevue in less than 5 minutes. Also, it has an easy access to the I-405 freeway so if you are not in to Downtown Bellevue and want to head somewhere else, this hotel is good. It also surprisingly quiet at night which is really nice! The room is clean and looks modern. Guest service is also very attentive. Plentiful of parking space as well!
Cons: Well, it's not super sound proof when people are walking the hallways and talking really loud at 3am in the morning, but of course that's to be expected. Other than that, I don't really have anything I disliked about this hotel.
