The staff were so friendly
Liked the breakfast at the hotel
Good, simple hotel very well located in the Hamra district - so very good for a weekend trip to Beirut.
The Junior Suite was comfortable and spacious with a good sofa and bar area. The jacuzzi in the bathroom completed the experience.
The reception staff showed us to 2 wrong rooms before we spoke to the manager saying that we booked a junior suite with a jacuzzi. We had to wait an hour while they cleaned the room we were supposed to be in, and the manager did not deal at all well with the problem. When you pay that sum of money for a hotel, you expect basic things like getting the right room. The breakfast was also very standard and reminded me of school dinners!
Location is excellent. You pay half the price for a Crowne Plaza just up the road.
The walls had dents in them and the carpet was worn out.
The only thing that it is in Hamra.
The hotel is too old.Its not modern. The hotel team is not qualified. The room's furnitures are so so old fashioned. We could only stay 1 night over there.
Proximity to bazars, restaurants, airport and other tourist attraction in the city.
The pool for cooling off in the hot weather
Staff claimed to be unable to find our internet reservation on arrival. At first only offered two nights but after one night we extended to our planned stay.
Hallo! Well - I have one thing to complain. when i was trying to extend my staying in the hotel from 3 nights to 10 nights, one of the reception staff claim that the hotel's rooms were sold out and i can not extend my stay. but after 10 minutes i used BOOKING.COM to extend my stay and i got the room . I think such behaviour extremely damages the credibility of the hotel .
the staff, the cleanliness, the price.
the toilet is not completed.
We could not use the swimming pool cause it was under maintenance till 15 june
The cleanliness of the rooms, and relaxed nature of the staff.
The breakfast wasn't very exciting. The beds were too soft, making for an uncomfortable sleep
