The girl at the front desk was very nice.
The guy at the front desk was very arrogant and rude. When we wanted to go on a tour he tried to pressure us into using their driver. When he made a call for us he tried to overcharge us, then refused my dollar bill because it had two tiny marks on it he likened to bug bites. The room was very old and I never felt entirely clean although it was not visibly dirty.
I enjoyed the proximity to great cafes and wonderful buildings. I also appreciated Iman and the friendly staff at the hotel.
The hotel has a policy of allowing no visitors that was I was not made aware of until after I had handed over all of my money. The staff was unsympathetic and they appeared to simply be trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible.
First time in my life I've ever encountered used soap being offered in the restroom. Burns all over fabric of beds and carpet, open restroom window between the rooms. Walls paper thin. Like sleeping on cardboard.
The room is maintained clean
Bar room is not functioning
Location cheaper than most hotels in area but...............
Both beds infected with bed bugs mosquito also in room wouldn't accept credit card for payment bathroom very small - shower in middle of room (no separate, curtained off area), wetting everything
Staff was not friendly, no credit cards, very noisy.
Does the job and you get what you pay for. Good AC. Cable tv. Good beds. Great location.
Poor shower pressure, small bathroom that would flood when you had a shower, water from bathroom would leak out into the room.
Bathroom (water tasted too bad that I wasn't able to bruch my teeth) + Bed (we were two people & had one small master bed that wasn't comfortable at all)
