Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with reports of dirty rooms, musty odors, and maintenance issues such as broken furniture and insufficient cleaning services. Some guests liked the room size and amenities like kitchens, but others found the rooms small or the beds uncomfortable. Service was mixed, with some positive experiences and others reporting unhelpful responses to issues. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were highlights, cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
