Appreciated the customer service. Staff helped with easy directions to Eden Park using public transport. They also helped me mail some international post. The bed was comfortable. Pros (+) Staff was exceptional. Bed was one of the most comfortable that we have evert slept in. Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) It is very slightly out of the way, but they have a complementary shuttle to take you into the action. About a half mile to a mile away.
