Cons: The unit was spacious the king beds cozy and comfy!

Cons: Even though we booked on Kayak and paid for the room, we were expected to attend a timeshare presentation. When we didn't show up due to our agenda, they would not stop calling the room every hour for the next 2 days. We took the phone off the hook to enjoy some peace a quiet. There are only 3 elevators for over 30 floors. Expect to spend some time either waiting for the elevators (thank you for seating by the elevators) or inside the elevators (housekeeping will be using the same elevators as well). Next time I would prefer to stay at one of the major casinos in the future.

Cons: I didn't like the late check in and the early check out it feels like you get cheated some time.

Cons: Room wasn't cleaned, housekeeping put the do not disturb sign on my door and didn't clean the room.

Cons: The room could have been better, bathroom was old and run down. Bed was hard as a rock.

Cons: The building is very old and needs updating. The furnishings in our room were cheap quality, chipped and scratched. The noise level on our floor was very loud and disruptive. The check in staff was great, very friendly but overall i wasn’t impressed. Everywhere we went there were multiple staff members lounging in hallways and guest common areas carrying on private conversations very loudly in front of guest. Also - parking here is a nightmare.

Cons: Everything was absolutely great.

Cons: Everything was great upon arrival. It took about a half hour to check in around 8pm which was a little long. I asked for a non smoking room and when I got to the room it was stuffy and had a foul smell in the room. One of my guests is a smoker so she asked if we could change to a smoking room. I waited another 20 minutes to get the room switched and the front desk did help with that. The problem came in the morning when check out is at 11 and at 930 room service was pounding down my door to clean. I thought this was incredibly rude being as it is Atlantic city and most people are out on the town late and then to wake up guests an hour and a half before check out? When I checked out I informed the front desk about this and the woman was incredibly rude and said the only thing she could over would be an extra hour in the room. This wasn't helpful because I had already packed my bags and had them in hand at check out. I think the hotel could have been more accommodating on this issue and atleast apologized.

Cons: That you took my money and never gave me a room

Cons: They announce a lower daily rate, but keep adding on top of it: extremely hight taxes and fees,even for the parking-so,you end up paying almost 50% more...isn't that misleading?

Cons: The rates, although I got a good rate thru kayak the shame of it all is that you will always end up in the havana tower. The problem with the havana tower is that it looks like it has not been renovated in at least 20 years. Yes theres a flat screen tv and a fridge and a great mattress to sleep in but just the whole decor of the rooms and hallways looks terrible and gives your stay a cheap feel.

Cons: TV in room was an old box approx 25"- no flat screen when paying over $200 a night??

Cons: Checked in at about 6 after that went down to dinner and hit the casino which was great as I went back up to my room to go to bed and my door lock was broken I went down to the front desk and they said for me to try new keys so I did after going back up to my room keys still didn't work.... Walked back down to the front desk and was told the lock smith would be in around 9am so as it being 2:30 in the morning that was going to work so I asked for another room until I could get my stuff from my room and check out the manager told me that if I had a problem that I can call corporate and tell them so at that point after waiting for her to come out of her office for 45 minutes I walked back up to my room level and was told to wait outside my room until 9! management is horrible as is the customer service I spent money on a room I couldn't even use them to be told they're not refunding me worst experience I have ever had will never go back!

Cons: Rooms in the Havana tower are in serious need of renovating. They are really horrible. Shower was terrible.

Cons: Room was very old and tired. Lights in room did not work and the toilet had a leak the first night. It was repaired but you could tell it was a result of many years of heavy use.

Cons: We wish there is a bathtub in the bathroom.

Cons: The thin walls in the facility lent itself to being a noisy stay when the other guests partied late. The management was unresponsive to noise complaints, despite their posted policy about "quiet hours." Security was not what it could have been either. Vagrants could be found loitering around the front of the hotel without visible security to keep them at bay. The room itself had comfortable, if small beds, yet lacks a in-room refrigerator or microwave. The selection of channels on television was disappointing and was a clearly intended to get us to purchase a premium package.

Cons: wish they had another entrance on the other side of building so you did not have to walk around it each time coming and going

Cons: I wish the room had a refrigerator in it. But that was no big deal compared to all the other things the hotel had to offer.

Cons: Usually nothing: You get what you pay for & usually that's roomier, quieter, cleaner & more comfortable than a lot of hotels & motels in AC. Since the Sheraton does not have direct beach access or a casino, the price is usually less expensive - even for a June weekend. This year however, competition from an ANIME" convention (who knew), appears to have driven the cost up a bit. Still, cost/value ratio wasn't too bad, & the ANIME" attendees were entertaining - sort of like a colorful carnival in the lobby.

Cons: The room and hallway were all permeated with smoke. It was unbearable. AVOID at ALL COST!

Cons: It was a hike to the beach & Boardwalk !

Cons: The hallway became very noisy when the partygoers came back to the hotel high or drunk. That's not the hotel's fault. Hope someday "the shoe is on the other foot" !!!

Cons: Half of the bathroom lights didn't work, including those above the toilet and shower.

Cons: Looking very run down lately and they nickel and dime you for everything who wants to pay $25 per person per day for the gym and pool I dont even pay that a month at my local gym/pool.

Cons: The outlets didn't work properly in our room nor were they in a convenient location.

Cons: - place is a dump - In my opinion, the slot machines have gotten progressively tighter and tighter... to the point where you just have a miserable experience at this place - the casino floor is extremely smoky - they do not update their machines, they are old, outdated, the screens are faded, they do not have the newest games - their touch screens are also outdated and don't work well honestly, too many bad qualities to list. I'm a total rewards diamond member and I've noticed the value/quality/experience getting worse and worse over the years... but this last trip finally did it for me... won't be back.

Cons: The room was smelly and didn't look clean(( Bathroom was dirty with only one towel (( Loud music till 2 am from room next door, had to call security to break up the party(( Not really friendly front desk (( Bottom line is -NOT THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!! 4 of us had dinner at Gordon Ramsey restaurant and 4 of us Got Sick from that food!!! All 4 of Us!!!

Cons: We tried three different times to place room service orders. Two were late at night and no one even answered, we just stayed on hold continuously until our phone got cut off. The third was during one afternoon and they gave us the wrong order.

Cons: Rooms smelt like weed so much so when we opened the door we starting coughing & eyes burning. the machine didnt do much too help. They wouldn't change the one room that the machine did not work for. Our "ocean view" couldn't be seen unless you lean at the far side of the window. No black out curtains. Bathroom was large but strains of what I'm hoping was cleaner. White stains on the picture frames above the bed that look to have been bodily fluid. Dust on the accent molding on the wall. Very stuffy, sick, woke up with such a dry throat & nose had an allergic reaction to what I'm guess was mold because that's my only non food allergy. Ice machine was broken, was told it would be fixed but was not. Wifi wouldn't work with the access code. The resort fee was more than posted online & was never told what it included so the free parking, and broken wifi was not really free. Was never told about the pool, or a few other amenities. Fridge in room didnt keep anything cold. Couldn't use the safe. The bar cups being a non recycling plastic, not really green, but at least it meant no broken glass. Outlet locations in room was terrible & half did not work. Edging of the rugs coated in dust. Rooms were dated & did not match online pictures, which would have been fine it they were clean. It isn't all inclusive as you need to pay for pool, gym, ect. So what's that resort fee for? This was supposed to be special trip for my sister's bachorette party. Birds on the beach were vicious. Was attacked the second i touched my bag to get out my sandwich. Very obvious that they're being fed by humans (which is very unhealthly for these species of birds). They charged us, went in our purses & bags. We were physically hit by them again & again as they flew into us, i was hit in the face. Life guards did nothing even though it happened right next to them. There should be signs & rules to enforce no feeding them so they eventually unlearn this behavior.

Cons: Clean but in need of a remodel.

Cons: The tub was backed and I had to call maintenance in order to drain it, which was inconvenient since it was 11pm at night.
