Cons (-) The hotel over charged me the initial amount by 20.00 then proceeded to charge me the full wrong amount 3 times and tried blaming it on booking.com. They have refused to refund my money and ruined my mini vacation for my birthday. The hotel manager and front desk staff were very rude and refused to let me speak to the hotel manager.
