Pros (+) Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The hotel seemed a little rundown. A lot of updating is necessary on the outside. After seeing the lobby, I was expecting the rest of the hotel to be like it. Walls were a little tlc. The hotel just needs a little tlc.

Cons (-) It isn't close enough to walk to anything. The restaurant was mediocre. Our room was either stifling or freezing -- moving the thermostat one degree made the room unbearably hot -- but moving it back down was too cold. The facility is huge which meant a long walk to get to anything. Might have been nicer if the weather were warmer because the walking trail seemed nice -- but there wasn't much to d...

Pros (+) Location was good. Staff was excellent.
Cons (-) Just seemed dirty and run down despite what seemed to be fairly recent updating efforts. Restaurant was dirty too. Our room felt dirty and there was a roach. They did xomp us breakfast at the restaurant to make up for it though.
Pros (+) New rooms were great - super clean - everything new!
Cons (-) Construction! GPS brought me in from the back side of Sam's Club and I thought I'd gone back to the 80's... Lobby and rooms were nicely remodeled - rest of the hotel was very dated.
Pros (+) Loved the location next to the adventure park. Beds were comfy and clean.
Cons (-) Bathroom was very small, but know this is hard to fix.
