Pros (+) The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast buffet was incredible, the internal architecture and design was so modern and sleek, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the hotel is located in an amazing area.

Pros (+) We enjoyed our recent stay at The Sheraton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their pet policy and their welcoming attitude to our fur-child. We will be back!
Pros (+) My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We booked the 11th floor which is the club level, allowing access to a club room that has 24/7 complimentary coffee, sofa, bottled water and juices as well as light snacks. Also, every morning the lounge provided breakfast and every evening wine, beer and appetizers. We highly recommend spending the few extra dollars to stay in a club room!!

Location not the best. Walking by the BMW dealer towards the restaurant, a sales lady came out & told us to be careful - it was not a good part of town (crime)? Overall we thought it was too much $$ per night f...
Cons (-) The institutional toilet was a surprise, since the other amenities in our room were nice. Very loud noise when flushing. The restaurant staff - slow, maybe overwhelmed (understaffed) and incorrect' additions' on the breakfast bill. Sky high prices, too.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and our room was clean with a nice view. The hotel was located in a part of the city where it was easy to access many of the attractions we were interested in. Overall it is a lovely hotel.
Cons (-) The hotel was a bit spendy and we were kind of disappointed that they didn't have an indoor pool. They also did not offer any form of free breakfast, and for the price of booking a night there, the breakfast we ordered wasn't the greatest quality.
