Cons (-) Hotel rooms are beautiful, but the pillows are very flat. We had to use extras.

Cons (-) Cleanliness. There was multiple different hairs in the bathroom by the toilet and in the shower. Large dust bunnies on the floor. I found a popsicle stick edged in the chair cushion.

Pros (+) Beautiful facility in a upscale retail area. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Cons (-) The room service food was awful, not just bad. The chicken wasn’t even edible. I would not have expected that from a luxury hotel. Other than that, everything was excellent.
