Pros (+) Michelle the receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Every time she saw us she greeted us and asked if there was anything she could do for us. The property is beautiful as were the rooms and pool but what brings us back is the location right on the water.
Cons (-) Our room wasn't cleaned the next day so we came from floating down river to a dirty room and no clean towels. I wasn't a huge fan of the female chef as when I ordered something for breakfast she seemed so irritated which I found funny as were were the only two guests in the lobby for breakfast so she wasn't busy. Why she was so irritated is beyond me but maybe find a different job outside of custo...

Pros (+) Great location on Colorado river, easy walk to the town center. Close to territorial prison museum, walking paths with historical information plaques. Large pleasant, clean rooms. Very nice exercise facility.
