Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions like Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as varied and delicious, though a few noted occasional chaos or delays. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a positive aspect, with rooms and common areas well maintained. While some found the room sizes adequate or spacious, a few mentioned smaller or cramped bathrooms. Negative feedback focused on noise issues, air conditioning malfunctions, and occasional breakfast crowding, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
