Pros (+) Location in center of city's shopping area on plaza across from library. Off street parking (at an extra fee).
Cons (-) Prison cells are larger than my room: 12 yds. x 5 yds. And that includes the bathroom! At least my room had its own bathroom. Third floor walkup, and the stairs were very steep and narrow. No AC (and I was there in extremely hot weather). Most of the staff were downright surly. Breakfast was adequate but barely.
